Travel X-Ray Tech in Pittsfield, MA

A Travel X-Ray Tech Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging in a radiology unit in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. PACS, HIS and RIS are used, along with CR and DR imaging systems.

• Performs diagnostic radiologic imaging procedures
• Applies independent judgment to obtain quality images
• Operates and troubleshoots CR, DR, PACS, HIS and RIS systems
• Maintains infection control, body substance isolation and patient confidentiality
• Provides direct patient care and safe patient preparation
• Assists with instruction and supervision as assigned

• ARRT certification
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license
• Experience with PACS, HIS and RIS
• Experience with CR and DR imaging systems
