Travel Wound Care RN in Plymouth, MA

A Travel Wound Care Registered Nurse will coordinate assessments, consults, and follow-up care for patients in an acute care hospital wound care unit on a 13-week contract in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The role works with physicians, surgeons, and families to support wound healing and education.

• Coordinate wound care consults, assessments, and follow-up plans
• Document evaluations, progress, and care coordination
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other care team members
• Assist with orders for labs, imaging, and other diagnostics
• Educate patients and families on wound care plans
• Support quality improvement and skin integrity initiatives
• Participate in rounds and case conferences

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Epic charting experience
• Experience with web-based applications and Microsoft Office

• 1-3 years related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
