A Per Diem Wound Care Registered Nurse will provide wound care support in an acute care hospital in Everett, Washington. The role supports 1:1 care and documents in Epic.

• Assess wound status and skin integrity
• Perform dressing changes and related wound care
• Monitor healing progress and report changes
• Collaborate with the care team on treatment plans
• Document assessments and care in Epic
• Support patient comfort and infection prevention
• Assist with wound care education as needed

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• AHA BLS certification
• 1 year of wound care experience
• Epic experience
