Travel Wound Care RN in Atlanta, GA

A Travel Wound Care Registered Nurse will provide wound, ostomy, and continence care in an acute care hospital in Atlanta, Georgia on a 16-week contract. The role supports patients with complex skin and continence needs and uses Cerner.

• Assess patients with wounds, ostomy needs, and continence concerns
• Provide wound care recommendations and specialized care plans
• Support bedside staff with treatment guidance and education
• Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans with the team
• Document assessments and interventions in Cerner
• Collaborate with providers on ongoing wound management

• Active Georgia Registered Nurse license
• AHA BLS certification
• CWOCN certification
• 2 years of recent wound care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
