Travel Surgical Tech in Lander, WY

A Travel Surgical Technologist will support surgical cases in the operating room in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Lander, Wyoming. The role assists surgeons, nurses and anesthesiologists with sterile field setup, instrument handling and equipment readiness. It also helps maintain vital sign monitoring equipment and surgical supplies.

• Assist surgeons, nurses and anesthesiologists during procedures
• Pass instruments and supplies to support timely case flow
• Prepare, set up and maintain the sterile surgical field
• Assemble, transport and retrieve surgical equipment and supplies
• Inspect, clean and maintain instruments and inventory records
• Support preoperative and postoperative patient care tasks

• NBSTSA certification
• BLS through the American Heart Association
• 3 years of recent Surgical Tech experience in a hospital setting
