Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Purcell, OK

A Travel Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a long term care nursing home in Purcell, Oklahoma on a 13-week contract. It uses standardized assessments, electronic documentation, and care planning for adult patients.

• Screen and evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs
• Develop and update individualized plans of care
• Provide therapy and modify interventions based on progress
• Document treatment minutes, outcomes, and required records in the chart
• Consult with patients, families, caregivers, and the care team
• Prepare discharge summaries and coordinate referrals as needed
• Support CFY or student speech-language pathologists

• Oklahoma license
• Active ASHA and state licensure
• Graduation from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• Strong assessment, documentation, and care-planning skills
