Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Norman, OK

A Travel Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a nursing home on a 13-week contract in Norman, Oklahoma. The role uses standardized assessments, provides counseling to patients and caregivers, and documents care in an electronic record.

• Screen and evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs
• Develop and adjust care plans based on patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Provide therapy interventions using evidence-based practice and standardized assessments
• Counsel patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers on communication needs
• Document treatment minutes, progress, and discharge summaries in the electronic record
• Communicate patient barriers and plan updates with the care team
• Support student or CFY speech-language pathologists when assigned

• Oklahoma Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Graduate degree from an accredited speech-language pathology program
• Skills in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
