Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Giddings, TX

A Travel Speech Language Pathologist will provide speech therapy services in a long term care facility for a 13 week contract in Giddings, Texas. The role supports residents with swallowing, cognitive, and communication needs and helps guide care in accordance with facility policies and applicable regulations.

• Assess resident communication and swallowing needs
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Document evaluations, treatment, and resident response
• Collaborate with facility staff to support coordinated care
• Educate residents and caregivers on communication strategies
