A Travel Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a nursing home setting on a 13-week contract in Buffalo, Missouri. The role uses standardized assessments, electronic documentation, and interdisciplinary communication.

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update plans of care based on patient progress
• Provide treatment using evidence-based speech and swallowing interventions
• Document sessions, treatment minutes, and progress in the electronic record
• Consult with patients, families, caregivers, and other providers
• Prepare discharge summaries and communicate outcome changes
• Support CFY or student Speech Language Pathologists

• Missouri Speech Language Pathologist license
