A Travel Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a nursing home in Oregon, Missouri for a 13-week contract. The role uses evidence-based care, electronic documentation, and close coordination with patients, families, and the care team.

• Screen and evaluate speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs
• Develop and update individualized plans of care
• Provide treatment and adjust interventions based on patient progress
• Document therapy minutes, outcomes, and discharge summaries
• Communicate patient status and barriers with the care team
• Participate in care conferences, reviews, and professional meetings

• Missouri license
• Active ASHA and Missouri licensure
