Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Mound City, MO

A Travel Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a nursing home for a 13-week contract in Mound City, Missouri. The role supports adults in long term care and uses standardized assessments and electronic documentation.

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Develop and update plans of care based on patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Provide therapy using evidence-based interventions and standardized assessments
• Document treatment, progress, and required clinical records accurately
• Consult with patients, families, caregivers, and the care team on speech disorders
• Prepare discharge summaries and support meetings, trainings, and in-services
• Supervise and support CFY or student Speech-Language Pathologists

• Missouri license
• Active ASHA credential and state licensure
