Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Greenfield, OH

A Travel Speech Language Pathologist will provide outpatient pediatric and inpatient adult therapy in a critical access hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Greenfield, Ohio. The caseload is about 80% outpatient pediatrics and 20% inpatient adults, with pediatrics-only possible if needed.

• Evaluate speech, language, and swallowing needs
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for pediatric outpatient patients
• Support adult inpatient rehabilitation patients
• Track patient progress and document care
• Collaborate with the care team on goals and discharge planning

• Speech Language Pathologist credential with CCCs
• Active Ohio Speech Language Pathologist license
• BLS/BCLS certification
• 3+ years of pediatric and outpatient experience

• Adult inpatient rehab experience
