Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Tallahassee, FL

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in an acute-care hospital on a 13-week contract in Tallahassee, Florida. The role supports critical care and emergency care, with Meditech documentation and ventilator and BiPAP support.

• Provide respiratory therapy for hospitalized patients with critical care and emergency needs
• Manage ventilators, BiPAP, and aerosol treatments
• Assist with intubation, arterial line insertion, and bedside bronchoscopy
• Monitor patient response and adjust therapy per orders and protocols
• Collaborate with nursing and other disciplines during rounding and care coordination
• Document respiratory care in the charting system

• Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist license
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certification
• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program
• Clinical experience with ventilators, BiPAP, and aerosol treatments
