Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Bradenton, FL

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will support respiratory care in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Bradenton, Florida. The unit uses Meditech and ventilatory support equipment in a level II trauma center.

• Provide respiratory assessments and monitor patient status
• Support ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and noninvasive respiratory support
• Administer ordered respiratory treatments and therapies
• Respond to acute respiratory changes and collaborate with the care team
• Maintain respiratory equipment and supplies
• Document care and patient response in the medical record

• Florida respiratory therapist license
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NRP or STABLE certification
• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program

• Two or more years of ICU experience
• Meditech experience
