Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Bradenton, FL

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory therapy care in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Bradenton, Florida. This level II trauma center uses Meditech and respiratory support equipment including Servo I, GE, V60, Airvo, and Vapotherm.

• Assess and monitor respiratory status
• Set up and manage ventilator and oxygen therapy equipment
• Assist with airway management and noninvasive respiratory support
• Obtain blood gases and review related data
• Collaborate with the care team on respiratory treatment plans
• Document care and respond to changes in patient condition

• Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist license
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP or STABLE certification
• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program

• ICU experience
• 2 or more years of ICU experience
• Meditech experience
