Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Spokane, WA

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The unit serves pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, uses Epic, and is part of a teaching level II trauma hospital.

• Deliver respiratory therapy across the unit
• Assist with ER and rapid response needs
• Support airway setup, suctioning, and tracheostomy care
• Interpret ABGs and provide pulmonary hygiene
• Manage noninvasive ventilation and oxygen delivery
• Collaborate with the care team on ventilator weaning

• Washington Registered Respiratory Therapist license
• BLS
• 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Airway management, ABG interpretation, and tracheostomy care skills

• Pediatrics and adolescent experience
• ICU, emergency department, and trauma experience
• Mechanical ventilation weaning and high-pressure alarm troubleshooting
• Teaching hospital or rapid response experience
