Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Indianapolis, IN

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care for neonates, infants, and pediatric patients in a children's hospital on a 13-week contract in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role supports NICU, PICU, and pediatric acute care patients and uses Cerner. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Deliver respiratory care for neonates, infants, and pediatric patients
• Manage aerosol treatments, oxygen therapy, and noninvasive ventilation support
• Assist with tracheostomy care, suctioning, and airway maintenance
• Support ventilator weaning and response to high-pressure alarms
• Monitor critical respiratory status and coordinate with the care team
• Document treatments and patient response in Cerner

• ACLS, BLS, and NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• Indiana State License
• CoARC- and CHEA-accredited respiratory therapy education
• 2 years of pediatric critical care experience
• Children's hospital experience within the last 5 years
• NRP for L&D placement, if assigned after offer

• PALS
• ABG interpretation
• Cerner charting system experience
