Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in South Carolina

A Travel Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents in a children's hospital in Charleston, South Carolina on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Epic and is part of a Magnet, teaching, Level 1 trauma hospital. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assess pediatric and neonatal respiratory needs
• Deliver respiratory treatments and airway support
• Assist with extubation and ventilator management
• Monitor patients and respond to respiratory changes
• Document care in Epic
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team

• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider license in hand at start
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certification
• 3 years of pediatric, neonatal, and infant respiratory therapy experience
• Extubation experience
• NICU and pediatric critical care experience

• Epic experience
• Bronchoscopy experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Level 1 trauma experience
