Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in South Carolina

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide adult critical care support in a teaching, Magnet, level 1 trauma hospital on a 13-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina. Epic is used for charting, and the role serves complex ICU and emergency patients.

• Assess adult respiratory status and respond to changing patient needs
• Assist with ventilator management and airway support
• Provide respiratory treatments and therapies in critical care areas
• Respond to emergency team activations and code situations
• Support care for cardiac, surgical, and medical ICU patients
• Document care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team in Epic

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist certification
• Current South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2 years of critical care experience
• Adult critical care experience
