Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Seattle, WA

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide pediatric and adult respiratory care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. First-time travelers are accepted, and the role serves adolescents, adults, and geriatrics with ICU and emergency care exposure.

• Assess respiratory status and respond to changes in condition
• Administer inhaled therapies and oxygen delivery systems
• Assist with airway management, intubation, extubation, and tracheostomy care
• Manage ventilator support, BiPAP, CPAP, and weaning plans
• Interpret ABGs and review basic EKGs
• Collect sputum specimens and support respiratory diagnostics
• Collaborate with the care team on respiratory treatment plans

• Washington state Respiratory Therapist license
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
• 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• PICU, pediatric, and adult critical care experience
• Ventilator management, airway care, and ABG interpretation skills

• Pulmonary Function Test Lab experience
