Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Muncie, IN

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will support neonatal, pediatric, and adult respiratory care in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Muncie, Indiana. Cerner charting is used, and the patient population ranges from neonates to adults. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Provide respiratory care for neonates, pediatric patients, and adults
• Assist with airway management, suctioning, and pulmonary toileting
• Support mechanical ventilation, BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapy
• Administer respiratory medications and monitor patient response
• Assist with ABGs, ventilator troubleshooting, and weaning from mechanical ventilation
• Support neonatal stabilization and high-risk deliveries

• Indiana Registered Respiratory Therapist license
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• 2 years of respiratory therapy experience in NICU, pediatric, or adult acute care
• Prior travel respiratory therapy experience

• Cerner charting system experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Trauma unit experience
• Bronchoscopy support experience
