Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Hartford, CT

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in the pulmonary services unit on a 13-week contract in Hartford, Connecticut.

• Assess respiratory status and adjust care plans as directed
• Administer oxygen, nebulized treatments, and other ordered therapies
• Set up and monitor ventilatory support and oxygen delivery equipment
• Perform airway management, suctioning, and specimen collection as needed
• Collect and analyze blood gases and report changes promptly
• Educate patients and families on breathing treatments and equipment

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist credential
• Strong assessment, airway management, and ventilator monitoring skills
