Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Gunnison, CO

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide comprehensive therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care in inpatient and outpatient settings for a 13-week contract in Gunnison, Colorado. The role serves adult, pediatric, and newborn patients in a level 4 trauma hospital and includes pulmonary function studies and respiratory testing.

• Provide therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care
• Administer respiratory therapy modalities and equipment
• Support adult, pediatric, and newborn patients
• Assist with pulmonary function studies and testing
• Collaborate with ordering physicians and cardiopulmonary leadership
• Help orient and train new clinical staff
• Support community education efforts

• Approved and accredited respiratory care program graduate
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• Active Colorado respiratory care license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• 5 years of newborn or NICU experience
• 3 years of acute respiratory care experience

• Cardiopulmonary diagnostics experience
• Pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation experience
