Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Englewood, CO

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide NICU respiratory care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Englewood, Colorado. The unit uses Meditech and serves NICU patients with a 10:1 patient ratio.

• Deliver breathing treatments and other ordered respiratory therapies
• Assess ventilator support and adjust care with the team
• Monitor NICU patients for changes in respiratory status
• Support newborn and pediatric critical care respiratory needs
• Document care accurately in the electronic record
• Respond to urgent respiratory concerns in the unit

• Colorado Respiratory Therapist license
• BLS, ACLS and NRP certifications
• 1 year of current acute care hospital Registered Respiratory Therapist experience
• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program

• NICU and pediatric experience
• Level I Trauma experience
