Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Aurora, CO

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in an acute care hospital respiratory therapy unit on a 13 week contract in Aurora, Colorado. The unit uses Meditech and manages variable patient ratios. Ventilator and airway support are central to the role.

• Manage ventilator settings and respond to changes in respiratory status
• Perform airway management and support intubated patients
• Deliver routine respiratory therapy treatments and assessments
• Document care and patient response in Meditech
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians on care plans
• Support pediatric, NICU, and PICU respiratory needs as assigned

• Colorado respiratory therapist license
• Minimum 6 months of current acute care Registered Respiratory Therapist hospital experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS
• CRT or NBRC credential

• Meditech experience
• Pediatric, NICU, or PICU experience
