Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Aurora, CO

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in an acute care hospital respiratory therapy unit on a 13-week contract in Aurora, Colorado. The unit uses Meditech and supports variable patient ratios with ventilator and airway management needs.

• Assess respiratory status and respond to changing patient needs
• Manage ventilators and related respiratory support
• Assist with airway management and advanced respiratory procedures
• Administer ordered respiratory therapies and oxygen support
• Monitor equipment and patient response during treatment
• Document care accurately in the medical record

• Colorado Respiratory Therapist license
• Minimum 6 months current acute care hospital experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• BLS, ACLS, NRP and PALS
• Certified Respiratory Therapist or NBRC credential

• Meditech experience
• Pediatric, NICU or PICU experience
