Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Greenville, SC

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide adult respiratory care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Greenville, South Carolina. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, uses Epic and Servo U, and supports critical care, ventilator care, and rapid response teams. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Deliver critical care respiratory treatments and ventilator support
• Perform extubation, suctioning, and airway placement tasks
• Provide tracheostomy care and aerosol therapy
• Administer inhaled medications by mask, trach, and inhaler
• Manage HFNC, BiPAP, and CPAP support
• Collect sputum specimens and troubleshoot ventilator alarms

• Active South Carolina Registered Respiratory Therapist license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Trauma Level I experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Adult critical care respiratory therapy skills

• Emergency department experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Experience with bicarbonate, inhaled Flolan, ketamine, Mucomyst, nitric oxide, and theophylline
