Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Greenville, SC

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will support adults and geriatrics in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Greenville, South Carolina. The role focuses on adult respiratory modalities, ventilator care, treatments, transports, and Epic charting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Manage adult critical care respiratory therapies for adults and geriatrics
• Assist with extubation, airway placements, suctioning, and pulmonary hygiene
• Administer treatments through aerosol setups, handheld nebulizers, and inhalers
• Support HFNC, BiPAP, CPAP, and ventilator weaning
• Collect sputum specimens and provide tracheostomy care
• Troubleshoot high-pressure alarms and respond with respiratory support teams

• Active South Carolina Registered Respiratory Therapist license
• ACLS and BLS
• 2 years of respiratory therapist experience
• Adult critical care experience
• Trauma Level I experience
• Epic charting experience

• Emergency department experience
• Familiarity with inhaled Flolan, nitric oxide, ketamine, Mucomyst, bicarbonate, and theophylline
• Teaching hospital experience
