Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Corpus Christi, TX

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in a hospital respiratory therapy unit on a 13-week contract in Corpus Christi, Texas. The unit supports adult ICU, ED, NICU, med/surg, and telemetry patients, uses Meditech, and works with advanced ventilation and airway equipment.

• Assess patients and adjust respiratory care plans
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and chest physiotherapy
• Assist with airway placement, bronchoscopy, and ventilator management
• Monitor ventilated patients and support transport
• Respond to emergent situations and resuscitation needs
• Provide education to patients, families, and staff
• Set up, clean, and maintain respiratory equipment

• Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner license
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• ACLS
• BLS
• Adult critical care experience

• NICU Level 3 experience
• Oscillator, InoMax, Hamilton C6, and Vapotherm experience
• PALS
• NRP
