Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Austin, TX

A Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory support for neonatal patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Austin, Texas. The unit focuses on nebulizer treatments, oxygen support, and ventilator management for newborns.

• Assess neonatal respiratory status
• Provide nebulizer treatments
• Support oxygen therapy
• Assist with ventilator management
• Monitor patient response and report changes
• Maintain respiratory equipment and supplies

• Texas Respiratory Therapist license
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certification
• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program
• Neonatal respiratory care skills

• NICU experience
• ICU or PICU experience
