Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in North Richland Hills, TX

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will support respiratory care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in North Richland Hills, Texas. The unit serves ICU and ED patients, uses Meditech charting, and works with a 20-person team and varying patient ratios.

• Assess patients and provide routine respiratory care
• Assist with ventilatory support and oxygen therapy
• Monitor blood gases and respiratory status
• Respond to urgent respiratory needs in ICU and ED settings
• Document care accurately in Meditech
• Collaborate with nurses and providers on treatment plans

• Texas Registered Respiratory Therapist license
• Completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• ICU and emergency department experience

• PALS certification
