Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Austin, TX

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in a NICU on a 13-week contract in Austin, Texas. The unit serves neonatal patients and uses common respiratory support.

• Assess respiratory status and support care plans with the team
• Administer nebulizer treatments and oxygen therapy
• Manage ventilator support for neonatal patients
• Monitor response to therapy and report changes promptly
• Document care and patient responses accurately
• Support airway clearance and respiratory stabilization as needed

• Active Texas Registered Respiratory Therapist license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP and PALS certification
• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program
• Neonatal respiratory care and ventilator management skills

• ICU, NICU or PICU experience
