Travel Radiology Technologist in Charleston, SC

A Travel Radiology Technologist Registered Radiologic Technologist will provide CT and X-ray imaging in a teaching hospital on a 13-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina. The unit serves adults and some pediatrics, uses Epic, and supports a Level 1 trauma setting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging for emergency, outpatient, and trauma patients
• Explain procedures and prepare patients for examinations
• Administer contrast and start peripheral IVs as needed
• Apply radiation safety and isolation precautions during imaging
• Produce diagnostic images for interpretation by licensed practitioners
• Support multimodality care across radiology services

• ARRT Radiography and Computed Tomography certification
• South Carolina radiologic technologist license
• BLS certification
• 2 years of radiology and CT experience
• Epic and PACS experience
• Experience with contrast administration, peripheral IV starts, and radiation safety

• 3D rendering and multiplanar reconstruction
• Coronary CTA and cardiac imaging
• Vascular CTA and vascular chest imaging
• Pediatric acute care and lead experience
