Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Seattle, WA

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide care in a surgical telemetry unit in Seattle, Washington on a 13-week contract. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, uses Epic charting, and commonly staffs 1:4 ratios.

• Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias
• Provide care for cardiac, vascular, and stroke patients
• Administer blood products and support heparin protocols
• Manage chest tubes, surgical drains, and wound care
• Maintain IV access and central line care
• Support oxygen therapy and noninvasive airway care
• Assist with cardioversion, defibrillation, and pacer management

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of telemetry experience
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Epic charting experience
• Post open-heart experience
• Prior travel experience

• VAD and TAVR experience
• TR Band and sheath removal experience
• Teaching hospital or community hospital experience
