Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Plano, TX

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for ICU stepdown patients in an acute care hospital on a 13 week contract in Plano, Texas. The unit uses Meditech and supports telemetry, PCU, and stepdown care.

• Monitor telemetry and assess changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and manage ordered therapies
• Coordinate care with providers and the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in Meditech
• Support stepdown patients with advanced monitoring needs

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 2+ years of hospital experience
• 2+ years of specialty experience

• Meditech experience
• Telemetry, PCU, and stepdown experience
