Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Lonetree, CO

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for cardiac and progressive care patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Lone Tree, Colorado. The 45-bed unit uses Meditech charting, cardiac monitoring, and staffing that includes 1 charge, 9-10 RNs, and 4-5 MSTs.

• Assess progressive care patients and trend cardiac status
• Monitor telemetry, cardiac drips, and cardiac catheters
• Manage chest tubes, wound care, and TPN or lipids support
• Coordinate care with charge nurses, MSTs, and providers
• Document assessments and interventions in Meditech
• Use lifts and monitoring equipment safely

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• 1-year current acute care hospital PCU experience
• BLS and ACLS certification

• Cardiac experience
• ICU experience
• Meditech experience
