A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for assigned patients in a hospital progressive care unit on a 13-week contract in Lima, Ohio. The unit supports cardiac patients who need closer observation and coordinated nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess assigned patients and document findings
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans
  • Administer medications and ordered therapies
  • Evaluate patient response and update care
  • Coordinate care with LPNs, PCTs and unit secretaries
  • Teach patients and families about care needs

Qualifications

  • Ohio Registered Nurse license
  • AHA BLS certification
  • AHA ACLS certification
