Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Canton, OH

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide telemetry and step-down care in a cardiac step down unit on a 13-week contract in Canton, Ohio. The unit uses Epic and focuses on cardiac monitoring in an acute care hospital.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and assess cardiac step down patients
• Administer medications and support treatment plans
• Track changes in condition and report concerns promptly
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses
• Provide discharge education and transition support

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIHSS certification before start
• 12 months of permanent progressive care unit experience
• Epic experience
