Travel PICU RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Pediatric Intensive Care Registered Nurse will provide critical care for pediatric patients in a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The unit has 9 beds, uses Cerner, and supports 1:1 to 1:2 ratios in a Magnet-designated hospital.

• Provide bedside care for critically ill children
• Monitor hemodynamic and neurologic status
• Manage ventilator and tracheostomy support
• Perform IV starts and central line dressing changes
• Support tube feeding, placement, and catheter care
• Assist with lumbar puncture procedures
• Document care in Cerner

• North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification
• 1 year of PICU experience
