A Travel Physical Therapist Assistant will provide rehabilitative treatment in a nursing home setting on a 13-week contract in Humansville, Missouri. The role supports patients with physical functioning disorders under the direction of a Physical Therapist and documents care in an electronic system.

• Provide skilled rehabilitative treatment under Physical Therapist supervision
• Use manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and report treatment effectiveness to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Document required care and treatment minutes in the electronic record
• Communicate patient barriers, goals, and discharge needs with the care team
• Support patient education, family counseling, and student supervision as directed

• Active Missouri Physical Therapist Assistant license
