Travel Physical Therapist in Zanesville, OH

A Travel Pediatric Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation care in a hospital-based pediatric rehab center on a 13-week contract in Zanesville, Ohio. EPIC EMR is used, and the therapist will manage an existing pediatric caseload of about 50 patients.

• Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver outpatient rehabilitation services for developmental and functional needs
• Guide therapeutic exercises, mobility work, and age-appropriate activities
• Document care, progress, and updates in EPIC
• Collaborate with families and the care team on goals and home programs
• Manage a busy pediatric rehab caseload

• Active Ohio Physical Therapist license and registration
• BLS certification
• 2 years of current pediatric rehabilitation experience
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
