Travel Physical Therapist in Waimea, HI

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide evaluations and treatments in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Waimea, Hawaii. Care spans inpatient and outpatient caseloads across acute, ICU, SNF, ER, Med/Surg, and occasional OB coverage. The role calls for independent practice, discharge planning, and mobility progression in a rural setting.

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
• Deliver therapy for inpatient and outpatient needs
• Progress mobility and functional independence
• Coordinate discharge planning with the care team
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress
• Adapt care across acute, ICU, SNF, ER, Med/Surg, and OB settings

• Current Hawaii Physical Therapist license
• BLS/BCLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
