Travel Physical Therapist in Valdez, AK

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation care on a 13-week contract in Valdez, Alaska. The department serves hospital, swing-bed, LTC and outpatient patients.

• Evaluate patients and develop therapy plans
• Deliver therapeutic exercise and mobility training
• Treat outpatient, acute care and LTC/SNF patients
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Document evaluations, treatments and outcomes
• Coordinate with the care team for discharge planning

• Alaska Physical Therapist license, pending license accepted
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program
• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
• Outpatient, acute care and LTC/SNF experience
