Travel Physical Therapist in Anchorage, AK

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation for neuro, orthopedic, and medically complex patients in a hospital in Anchorage, Alaska on a 15-week contract. The unit uses Epic, is a Magnet and Level II Trauma setting, and first-time travelers are welcome.

• Evaluate outpatient patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver therapeutic exercises and other rehabilitation interventions
• Treat neuro, orthopedic, and medically complex patients
• Monitor patient response and adjust treatment progression
• Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery goals
• Collaborate with the care team to support safe discharge planning

• Alaska Physical Therapist license, pending at start accepted
• BLS certification
• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program
