Travel Physical Therapist in Pomona, CA

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation services in an acute care hospital in Pomona, California for a 13-week contract. The unit serves adult patients with critical care, med surg, and trauma needs.

• Assess patient mobility, strength, and functional needs
• Develop and adjust plans of care for adult rehab patients
• Provide gait training, transfer training, and safe use of assistive devices
• Educate patients and families on home exercise and safety
• Collaborate with the care team on discharge planning and progress
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient response

• California Physical Therapist license
• Basic Life Support certification
• Master of Science or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
• 1+ years of hospital-based acute care adult experience
• Acute care rehabilitation, assessment, and treatment skills

• Critical care, med surg, and trauma experience
