A Travel Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation care in an acute care hospital house rehab unit on a 13-week contract in Muskegon, Michigan.

• Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans
• Document assessments, treatments, and response to care
• Collaborate with the care team on goals
• Educate patients and families on recovery and safety

• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program
• BLS certification
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills

• Epic charting experience
