Travel Physical Therapist in Medford, OR

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Medford, Oregon. The caseload includes adults and geriatrics, with Epic charting and 1:1 patient care.

• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, pain, and functional status
• Develop and update plans of care with therapeutic exercise and range-of-motion activities
• Provide gait training, transfer training, and assistive device instruction
• Reassess progress and adjust goals based on patient response and discharge needs
• Document treatment and progress in Epic
• Coordinate with the care team on education and discharge planning

• Oregon Physical Therapist license, pending at start
• Basic Life Support certification
• 1 year of acute care physical therapy experience
• Epic charting system experience

• Neurology and orthopedics experience
• Geriatrics experience
• Prosthetic training
• Adaptive device training
