A Travel Physical Therapist will provide therapy care in home health settings in Tillamook, Oregon on a 13-week contract. The role focuses on hands-on treatment, mobility support, gait, balance, and functional activity training with minimal supervision.

• Provide physical therapy treatments under licensed physical therapist supervision
• Use modalities, manual techniques, and exercise-based interventions
• Guide patients through bed mobility, transfers, gait, and balance activities
• Support functional activity training to improve movement and safety
• Monitor patient response to treatment and care plans
• Mentor staff on technical skills when needed

• Oregon Physical Therapist license
