Travel Physical Therapist in Lawrence, MA

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide therapy services for residents in a skilled nursing setting on a 13-week contract in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The role evaluates function, develops care plans, and documents treatment in the electronic medical record.

• Evaluate residents and establish individualized plans of care
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor progress toward functional goals
• Document evaluations, treatments, and resident education in the electronic medical record
• Educate residents and caregivers on mobility, safety, and assistive devices
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and caregivers on discharge needs
• Supervise assistant-level staff and support orientation of new team members

• Active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interdisciplinary teamwork and documentation skills

• Master’s or Doctorate degree
• BLS certification
• Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience
