Travel Physical Therapist in Johns Island, SC

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation care in an outpatient ortho clinic in Johns Island, South Carolina, on a 13-week contract. The clinic serves adults and geriatrics, averages 12 visits per day, and uses Epic for charting.

• Evaluate outpatient patients and establish treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, mobility, and manual therapy interventions
• Perform range-of-motion and strength assessments
• Educate patients on home exercise and recovery strategies
• Document care and progress in Epic
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support daily caseloads

• South Carolina or multistate compact Physical Therapist License at start
• BLS
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• 2 years of outpatient experience
• AROM, AAROM, PROM, and strength testing

• Orthopedics
